I hope this message finds you well. For the past two weeks, I’ve been diligently trying to attend the Rasa certification exam, but unfortunately, I’ve encountered some issues that have been preventing me from proceeding further.
I have followed the recommended steps for registration and preparation, but when attempting to take the exam, I seem to be encountering unexpected roadblocks. Each time I try, I’m faced with “This account is presently out of credits so tests cannot be taken”. But I haven’t attended the test.
