The rasa model is not training as I click on train button on rasa x

I have used docker to deploy rasa x this is my .env file code:

This is the error i am getting.

This is normal for a new Rasa X install. You need to add training data and run a Train to build a model. We recommend connecting Rasa X to a git repo where you would store the training data. Have you tried the masterclass videos?
