Stories does not work

Dear all, I am using following rasa version

  • Rasa Version : 2.8.2
  • Minimum Compatible Version: 2.8.0
  • Rasa SDK Version : 2.8.2
  • Rasa X Version : 0.39.3
  • Python Version : 3.6.9
  • Operating System : Linux-5.4.0-81-generic-x86_64-with-Ubuntu-18.04-bionic

I have created some stories using Rasa X , but they do not work, can someone help me to solve this. It always goes to action_default_fallback But it is supposed to run the action_respond_location_treskoalle

UPDATE: I found out that none of the stories work, only the rules work What could be the reason behind this It worked at the very beginning i install the RASA.

I actually found the issue, image This is my previous config, i only use rule policy.

Then i used the configurations from sara bot from rasa image Now it is working. If you can give me an explanation it would be really helpful.

And I want to know is there any other documentation other than rasa website to learn all the possibilities for each function rasa offers, like documentation. Please share a link.
