Hi Rasa Community! I’m a newbie and would appreciate your advise.
I have not been successful in getting my bot to extract the PERSON entity if it is passed in lower case (e.g., successfully extracts ‘Joe’ but not ‘joe’). I have done extensive research and tried many recommended options but to no avail. Can someone take a look at the uploaded files and advise if there’s a feature that I can use in the config file so that Spacy extracts the PERSON entity for lowercase names?
The bot is to simply ask for a name and utter it back. And, because the PERSON entity is not being extracted for lower case names, the bot utters ‘none’ instead of the person’s name.
