Rasa X - Twilio || can someone tell me what this XML issue means

I am trying to connect Rasa X to Twilio. I am running RasaX locally and running Ngrok.

I am able to send a SMS to the Twilio number. The problem is getting a response.

I keep getting this message. I am not sure how to fix it:

Ngrok Post 200

There doesnt seem to be a problem when I use the Rasa X test link + ngrok URL.

Can anyone make any suggestions on how to fix?
