Can rasa be hooked up with Skype Business ? Has anyone tried ?

Hi,

I have added a Rasa example to my Python UCWA library I wrote a couple of years back…

Unfortunately it is Python 2.7.

I have a Python 2.7 Docker container with the above script that I spin up with all the other Rasa containers using docker-compose.
