I have filled the form 7-8 times, but no email.
Me two I have filled it like 4 times with my personal email and my company email but have not received anything

I got the same problem. I filled it all right but didn’t receive any email. After reading all the comments, I’m now more inclined to think it’s surely a scam.
Can confirm it’s not a scam 
It took some time but I got them.
I received 4 t-shirts and other free gifts from Rasa: 1 from Rasa X, 3 from each of the Udemy courses, for becoming a Hero, and an extra one I forgot the reason for (becoming a Moderator or just being active in the community maybe).
