Rasa Server down automatically

Hi,

From last two days rasa instances are closed automatically on Ubuntu server on prod environment. The only change I did is run Rasa X as well in backgroud process (without docker). Where can I check the logs? and how can I monitor this?

Are you running the rasa instances on 5005? if you are running rasa x local mode in the background, while the UI runs on 5002, the rasa server runs on 5005. So if you have that in the background, other services on 5005 won’t start because the port is already allocated.

Hi @erohmensing, Thanks for the reply.

Both are running on a different port. I started now with logfiles and set --debug. Still from yesterday evening it is not an accidentally down. Don’t what happened in last two days. I will keep you updated on this.

Is there any way to check the logs if such incident happens again?
