Rasa nlu dialogue management case sensitive

I am new to this so please bare with me. I am making a chat bot in which while we train the not using the config.yml file language: “en” Pipeline: “pretrained_embeddings_spacy” case sensitive: False

Here when I train the not, everything is fine it extract the entity with right case.

But when I go ahead and train the bot using dialogue and then finally run it. The entity value in the conversation is all in lower case. For example a username given by the user during the conversation as ‘AbhayTiwari’, will be shown as ‘abhaytiwari’ in the conversation after the extraction.

Please help me here.
