I have created a lookup table for my rasa chatbot but it is not recognizing the elements in lookup table.It gives me the default response.Could you guide me in this?Anything to be done additionally ?

Can you please share (snippets are fine) your config, lookup table, and maybe your domain or nlu file, depending on which one defines the entity you’re trying to extract?
