I’ve just starting trying to install rasa. I have the right python version, I have the right pip version, I run “pip3 install rasa” in cmd and it installs it all. But then when I run “rasa init” it always says the same thing, “‘rasa’ is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.” I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling python, windows, and rasa. How do I fix this?
