Hi guys, I need help in creating rasa project. I have installed rasa in a virtualenv with python 3.8. But I am not able to run ‘rasa init’. It says ‘rasa’ is not recognized as an internal or external command. Please find the screenshot below.

Do you really need this rasa version? This is too old. 
Can you make new fresh installation fallowing these steps?
You don’t even have the right Rasa installed! This is an old project also called Rasa.
You can clearly see that by the output of pip show rasa.
Please update Pip and try again. If it didn’t work, please reinstall Python 3.8 and follow the docs @itsjhonny sent
