'rasa' is not recognized as an internal or external command

Started with a fresh install of anaconda. followed the above steps. rasa --version worked fine but then any other rasa command gives an error as below

Thanks @nik202 . I had a nightmare getting rasa to successfully install and run in windows 10 conda. Everything from issues with the tensorflow package to timeouts to hanging cmd prompts to the “‘rasa’ is not recognized” issue. I tried lots of other solutions from various fora with no success. After cleaning, removing and creating numerous conda environments, these were the steps that finally worked for me to get rasa running.
