When i run pip install rasa-x --extra-index-url Simple Index it just pause after “Collecting rasa-sdk~=1.5.0 (from rasa~=1.5.1->rasa-x)”
welcome to the community! I just tried it out myself and it worked. Maybe some network problems? Which OS and Python version are you running on?
After restarting and installing it, it was working. Thank you for your help
