Rasa form input is considering as nlu_fallback

Hi Team,

I am trying to create a chatbot using rasa nlu framework. I have defined a form to get the inputs from user like name and email address. But, as soon as user entered ‘name’ bot is considering as unknown input and nlu_fallback is executing instead prompting to enter email address. Can someone help on this ?

That might be because you didn’t define stories or mention it in rules, if you don’t want to do it manually do rasa interactive and then you can see if the bot is detecting actions for your form or not.
