Rasa Deployment using IIS server or window server

Hi Team,

Please help me how to deploy Rasa open source using window server like created using

  1. IIS server
  2. batch file
  3. windows service

Is their possible any this option execute this rasa command

run -m models --enable-api --cors “*”

i want to deploy using my local machine as server
