I’ve configured a Rasa chatbot integrated with a custom Instagram connector, and it was working well. However, I’ve noticed an issue where the chatbot fails to respond to a user after I manually send a message from the chatbot page to that specific user. I’ve checked the Rasa server logs, and there don’t seem to be any obvious errors. The only issue appears to be a Facebook Graph API response of 400 for that particular user, whereas other users receive a response code of 200.
