Production ready chatbot platform - Team size?

I and my team are trying to make a chatbot platform which is production-ready. How many minimum numbers of developers are required to develop a platform on Rasa. I am assuming only one channel ie. web

I think,

  • 1 or 2 for fronted UI,
  • 1 for area(for bot) analyst & data writer,
  • 1 ML/RASA researcher,
  • 1 system deploy-er for production.

But, It’s a depend on quality of resources. Right now in my company, I am handling all this task by my self. My demo bot is ready, and now working on UI and deployment part already cleared while research. Thank you.
