On different device different number of training trackers and action examples

Hey,

I just recognized when I set up my chatbot for testing on a somehow low performant laptop that the number of action examples is more then halfed. On one device I have stable action examples in range of 3500 examples whereas on the other I have just around 1500 examples examples used to train the core model.

I setted up on tow dfferent laptops with differnt performance my same bot.

Are you using the same rasa_core versions and the same commands?
