Installed rasa on Ubuntu 18.04 in an anaconda env. Worked until the step rasa train. It then comes up with the above error message Modul for policy … can not be loaded. It seems to pick up the name of the policy from the config.yml. Hence whatever policy is mentioned in there (KerasPolicy or MemoizationPolicy) - it can not load it.
Where does it find the policy to load?
Ok - had to reinstall raza again. As it looks the root issue was a problem with tensorflow which is with version 2.0 incompatible on a hyper-v installation (due to the missing avx on this machine). Re-installed with version 1.14 and rasa train works.
