Unable to load the policies while running rasa init or rasa train

Have tried multiple times to run rasa init. But every time it throws error that policies modules cannot be loaded . Have checked the policies folder , the policies are present there. OS-windows 10

What version of Rasa Open Source are you using? And what exactly is the error message you are getting?
