I have a csv file which I want to use as a training dataset.How do I convert it into an appropriate markdown or json format suitable for rasa?

Could you elaborate? I found this :CSV To Markdown Converter If there is a command which converts my csv file into a markdown formt for rasa can you put that down,Also what command should I use to use this markdown format as a training set in rasa next.I am in a really tight situation and thanks for all the help.
