How to use latest RASA to convert training data from markdown to json and vice versa?

Are there any commands with respect to latest rasa 1.0 to have conversion of data from markdown to json and vice versa?

Same here. No examples given by RASA. I can’t understand how to post my training data according to the HTTP API
