Issues in installing Python Packages

I am getting issue while installing rasa_nlu. I have entered a first command given in installation page. But I got an error(given in screenshot.). I have admin access to my PC also. Please help me in removing this issue.

if you are running on linux use sudo, it may help

I am using windows and I am installing through Anaconda prompt in Administrator mode.

Thanks @hossa95 for your reply…:grinning: I have tried all the steps provided in the link. But it is not working for me. Same issue is occurring.
