Is it possible to build a price negotiation bot with rasa?

I’m trying to build a price negotiation bot with the help of rasa.

There will be fixed negotiation rules. The bot is supposed to be deployed on mobile apps (both android and iOS).

I know rasa is built for chatbots but I’m not sure whether I’ll be able to handle the customer trying to decline and propose the price offer multiple times.

Is this something that is possible with rasa? If yes, how should I go about creating the story for this?

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Hi @PraneethVasarla. Interesting use case! I think it’s definitely possible to use Rasa for what you’d like to build. I think using a form with slot validation is the best bet for this. In this case, the user and the assistant should be able to get have these back and forth conversations until the price is set.
