I am Lore, living in Leuven (Belgium). Been developing chatbots for approx. 3years now! First started developing chatbots with Microsoft Bot Framework, then tried all low-code/no-code solutions from Belgium, but still… didn’t find what I am looking for! Since the starts I am always looking for ways how to make “the life of a chatbot developer” more efficient 
Informing people about the possibilities and the manual work when developing a chatbot is one thing! But I try to achieve more efficiency by applying best practice methodologies like Service Design, Design Sprint, because hey… It is impossible to predict what endusers think and how they will talk to your chatbot, so putting them in contact with your chatbot asap is still an underestimated statement! Next to this, I am working on some custom tools to enable this more efficient workflow (from labelling to testing, very similar to RASA X, so keeping a close eye on that one!).
Met RASA 1,5years ago at chatbot summit in Berlin. For me, you stood out from the competition as the only framework paying attention to the “afterwork” (i.e. monitoring & maintenance of your chatbot solution). However, at our company we were Microsoft tech. based only so didn’t have the chance to work with RASA. Bumped into you again a couple of months ago and truly impressed by the evolution! For me RASA is the first framework that convinces me developing a chatbot can be efficient! Congrats, I think we can have lots of fun together!

Hi Everyone! My name is Swapratim Roy. I am working in full stack IT & automation (previously with big MNC & now a startup) for around 10 years now. I started learning and working with Chatbot since 2017 and worked with wit.ai, Chatfuel and mainly Dialogflow. I found Rasa few months back and since then loving its simplicity and real ML control over while creating bots. I’m still learning everyday. Apart from that, I feel humbled to be a part of a lovely and super active & helpful Rasa community. Miles to go Rasa team - so much potential it holds.
Currently I’m working on to create a bot platform for customer service to bring AI & ML to Danish market. Although I’m from India but currently I’m based in Denmark.

I follow all your videos and tutorials and i find them very helpful and interesting. I am very much passionate about learning Rasa.

Hi, I’m Archish. Currently working in BrowserStack as Software Engineer. Previously was working with JPMorgan Chase & Co., built a bot for financial institution currently used in production for resolving support queries. We were looking for solution which would have all ML capabilities & found Rasa. It’s been a quite a while working with Rasa. Looking forward to make contributions to Rasa community. Thanks Rasa Team for building Rasa. I personally find Rasa very cool

Hope you are doing well. I tried your tutorial on creating a weatherbot using rasa. I proceeded similarly as directed by you in the video. Everything was going fine. But when I run “npm i -g rasa-nlu-trainer”, its giving me errors. The error file is attached with this message. I’m using windows 10.

We are building a escalation response chat bot for our global reporting system. I have a question about best practices for storing models. We are training 6 chatbots - do we dedicate 6 instances or just one instance for all models? Any concerns about performance? Love to hear your thoughts on this.
