I am Cristian , I am an IT engineer and I have worked alot in to infrastructure and implementation , I do have couple idea that I would like to implement and started to learn Python alongside AI. I have lillte experience in programming but I am fighting my way in to this discipline. I do not know if here is appropiate to dicuss what I have found very difficult with RASA but will line-up few things 
tutorials are very few and those that are in place most of them are outdated. Rasa 1.0 has basically less than 10 video and probably less than 5 usuable. I have spent hours watching them and the only thing I have really manage to do successfully it was to install the default bot. What I would like to see 
rasa tracker export to sqllite3 - i know there is a text tutorial but for me as a beginner does not make much sense. I do need a bit more in depth information. I am looking at voice bots and will try to work with Google and Mozilla tools, hopfully will nail that. Also I would like to see some softphone integration with Rasa such as bot being able to receive a phonecall.
