Hello Team, I have created one bot which can handle basic queries from user. I would like to know if it is possible to integrate BOT with Microsoft Outlook.

you can do that with custom https://rasa.com/docs/rasa/core/actions/#custom-actions and the rasa-sdk. Custom action let your bot execute any code you want to
