Using Docker Containers, I installed Rasa X and Rasa Open Source on EC2.
At first, everything goes smoothly, and I can access the Rasa X UI and use the bot on my website. But after a while (24–36 hours), the bot disappears.
I observe that the “Instance reachability check” has failed in the AWS EC2 Instance status checks.
I’m not sure what’s wrong. I’m also unable to find any pertinent logs.
Could someone kindly assist in solving this problem.
