How to trigger bot notification from Rasa

Hi All, I’ve integrated Rasa with MS Teams bot but I would like send notification to teams bot to start asking users interact with Chatbot.

When user opens MS Teams ( not rasa Chatbot window but MS teams app itself), is there any way to send a notification from Rasa for asking customer to start interact with Chatbot ?

I suggest reading the Microsoft Teams Docs since this is more related to Teams than Rasa.

Many apps do not let bots send a message to a user that hasn’t talked to them previously - Imagine all the spamming that would take place if this wasn’t the case.
