im new to rasa and i want to make a bot that asks the user Qs then depends on user responses other Qs will be asked (always by the bot) user replies are generaly straight and easy to handle any steps to follow !

I think the best way is to follow some tutorials like The Rasa Masterclass Handbook: Episode 1
This is going to help you to understand what is NLU, how it work, and how to develop your not. But there is no « magic », to make it work, you need some machine learning informations to understand how rasa ask questions based on user intents in a specific context.
