How to integrate Rasa in Whatsapp without using twilio?

Is there any way to integrate Rasa in Whatsapp without using twilio (which would be free or will cost less than twilio)?

For using WhatsApp you need a Solution Provider for the WhatsApp Business API. A full list of providers can be found here: Facebook

Please let me know if you found a good one. I am also searching for a Twilio alternative.

I think it should be possible without Twilio now, because WhatsApp now provides cloud API. But I haven’t figured it how. So I’m looking for some tutorial
