Yes, but is it possible to connect directly through this 2 platform especially WhatsApp but not via third party such as Twilio and so on.

@Alvin I am afraid Alvin its not possible my friend (may be rasa team have some idea or process in progress). If you want to integrate rasa with FB and WP, please do let me know I can share you some video for your ref or may be you already have some idea.
