How to generate different answers for different questions inside teh same intent?

How to precisely answer the questions that are in the same intent for example FAQ intent but we can’t generate one answer? Is any mechanism like cosine similarity implemented in Rasa in this case? Good examples of those type of questions:

  1. CAN I STILL ORDER ONLINE AND OVER THE PHONE? ‘Yes, you can still order online as normal 24/7 and also over the phone – Our Sales lines are open Monday to Sunday 8 am to 6 pm.’
  2. I PLACED AN ORDER, WILL I STILL RECEIVE IT? ‘Yes, our Warehouse team is still working, so we will process your order as soon as possible and our courier will deliver it.’
