Maybe I missed something, but I don’t understand one simple matter: how an assistant, recognizing the intent, is able to answer precisely the concrete question that is within the intent. For an example: https://www.coxandcox.co.uk/frequently-asked-questions we have an intent covid_faq, I can imagine that we can create string intent based on historical questions. But how the assistant can distinguish (by already knowing the intent) between questions:
- CAN I STILL ORDER ONLINE AND OVER THE PHONE? and
- I PLACED AN ORDER, WILL I STILL RECEIVE IT?
And on the and generate right answer for each question separatelly:
1) Yes, you can still order online as normal 24/7 and also over the phone - Our Sales lines are open Monday to Sunday 8am to 6pm. and 2) I PLACED AN ORDER, WILL I STILL RECEIVE IT? Yes, our Warehouse team is still working, so we will process your order as soon as possible and our courier will deliver it. Please check the status of your order here: My Order Status.
We are in the same intention all the time. How does the assistant tell it, or does it respond?
