How to customize Rasa conversationID

Hello Team, I am using conversation id verification in our company chatbot The user need to signup and then only able to use this chatbot(one time process) signup process was email id and password then it validating existing company databases

Now I am facing issues. multiple channel conversation id’s, are different type I need to customize this conversation id’s

Channel based conversation id have any specific format…?

Why not use the user’s name or ID as conversation ID?

@ChrisRahme We cannot use user name because in this validation able to access chatbot when the conversation id matches, in this case user cannot use this chatbot on other channels or devices
