How can I store any of the user's text without using intent or entity?

Hey there,

I am creating a lead generation bot. I wanted to ask the user, “What services do you want?” before collecting their data.

Below, I am showing how I am trying to store any questions the user types about services:

Here’s the slot’s part of services in the domain.yml file :

Here’s the action calling and forms part in the domain.yml file:

Here’s the actions.py file’s service function:

And, at last. I am sharing the stories.yml part that’s related to services:

But the above part isn’t solving my issue as it doesn’t store the question the user asks from the bot. Can someone help me find a possible solution to store whatever the user asks without any constraints of intents or entities?
