Hi all, recently I managed to load several agents on one Rasa instance in a custom channel. My question is whether it is possible to dynamically handoff to another one of the loaded agents based on user input. I tried doing a workaround using a custom action but to no avail.
A possible use case for this would be having separate chatbots each specialized in its own domain and doing handoffs based on what the user is asking. Something similar to this: Conversation Assignment · Developer Docs | Kommunicate
Any input on how to achieve this would be appreciated.
