Future of Rasa Open Source and New Features?

I realized that a new useful feature - spaces - popped up in the latest commercial/closed Rasa version (Rasa Pro). Spaces

I do understand that Rasa Open Source will be improved by Rasa Inc., but I feel that all useful features now go into Rasa Pro (LLM support and Spaces) while the open version gets nothing comparable. There is also no transparent Rasa Pro price nor am I aware that any Pro feature will become Open Source in the future.

This raises serious converns for me that Rasa Open Source is not the right tool to realize complex cases - which means I could anyways switch to any of the other commercial providers now or go to a more promising OSS project. If, at least, Rasa Pro had a transparent pricing, I could go with it, but “negotiating” about prices for essential features seems greedy to me (considering that Rasa Inc. will learn about my case this way - what prevents them from using this info themselfes?).

It would certainly help to get some statements how Rasa Open Source and Rasa Pro relate in terms of feature roadmap + when one can expect a transparent pricing for the pro version.
