I am building a chatbot that should perform the following task:
User: I want to search for resources
Bot: Enter the keyword for your search
User: {keyword}
Bot: (Shows results) Here are the results for your keyword. Were these useful?
At this point, if the user says “yes”, the loop should end, but if the user says “no”, then the Chatbot should ask if they want to search again, and if the user says “yes”, the loop should start again where the bot asks the user for their keyword:
User: No
Bot: Would you like to search again?
User: Yes
Bot: Enter the keyword for your search
Should this be done with one form containing two slots, “keyword” and “search_again”. If so, how would I go about doing this?
