Form Interrupt by Session End

Hi all, i got some issues with form. so I have a journey that are act as a form (example: asking user’s name), but the users leave the chat and not giving answer to the bot. so the form left empty until the sessions end. when the user back and type their name, it breaks the journey and comeup with nlu_fallback or any other response. could anybody help me to tackle this scenario? thank you
