File upload and display document in chat window

I’m very new to rasa can anyone provide sample code for uploading documents from the Skype and also display documents on the chat window which created by business logic. If you have sample code for any other platform would also be useful.

Uploading/downloading attachments is about your channel & connector, so it needs to be supported by the channel you choose and implemented in your custom connector.
