Hi All ,
I have a bot bot leave application , where if the user asks for more then predefined number of leave they have to upload a document in pdf, text, docx ,etc .
I m using rasa-webchat , and for leave application I am using form- action . As i did go through rasa doc , people are calming that it can be done with external event , but I am not sure how to do that as I am very new to this .
