Error while installing RASA or RASA X

Hi,

While installing RASA or RASA X using below command in windows 8 .

pip install rasa

I got the error attached as screenshot:

Hi Rachael Tatman,Thank you for your reply. I followed the steps from tutorial. But the error occurred while installing RASA. Error screenshot attached.

Hmm, looks like a network connection error. Is your internet connection stable? Are you behind a firewall?
