Rasa installation error pip 20.2

Hi, I’m trying to re-install rasa because I changed my python version, but I’m getting the error in the picture. I downgraded the pip version to 20.2 and tried to reinstall but it didn’t work. I’ll be happy if you can help me.

@grigrigrigon please update the rasa-sdk to at least 2.8.9 or for more stable version rasa and rasa-sdk = 2.8.1
