ERROR: To use this pipeline, please install Tensorflow

I’m using the rasa nlu with the supervised_embedding pipeline, and I am trying to train my models. On my local machine, I can train without any issues. When I try to train the models on my server, I am getting the following error:

The above exception was the direct cause of the following exception:

However, if I do a pip freeze it shows that tensorflow is indeed installed:

Anyone know why tensorflow is not being recognized?

I have tried doing a pip install rasa-nlu[tensorflow], but the problem persists.

Hey @emayor, please try to install tensorflow v1.15.0:

pip install --upgrade tensorflow==1.15.0

Hey, I did try using tensorflow 1.15, and was getting DLL Import issues.

I managed to figure out that the reason it wasn’t working is because the CPU on my server didn’t have the AVX instruction set. I have managed to train using another server.

HI ,

i am facing DDL error . Not able to load compatible tensorflow versoin for RASA
