Error in installation

[Abdo_Kamr (Abdulrahman Mohamed Ali Mohamed Kamr)]

I opened the Doc, and follow the step and when run pip3 install rasa I got this error!

          raise RuntimeError('Python version 2.7 or 3.4+ is required.')
      RuntimeError: Python version 2.7 or 3.4+ is required.

My python version is → Python 3.11.0 !!
