Error in actions while running on server

Hey guys i am getting an error on actions while running on cloud server. but when i am running on locally its working prefect. may i know the reason

Can you update your Rasa version as mentioned at the top of the error message and see if that fixes the issue?

Tired again after updating but still its showing same issue
