Docker pull error while pulling rasa/duckling

Thanks @akelad. I was able to compile and run duckling on windows 10 using instructions from this post -

You will need to download Haskell Stack first, their instructions are here The guidelines for installing duckling are here in the readme. It requires some basic command line skills.
