Deprecation Warnings with Rasa 3.10 and Python 3.9

I’ve setup a new environment for v3.10 and Python 3.9. When I train, or run (shell) I get a host of DeprecationWarnings. Does anyone else see this? Maybe I have an old version of something?

I realize they can be ignored, but it makes it difficult to find if there are any actual issues during training.

Is there a way to hide/ignore/withhold these on the command line? Everything I see has you edit source code.

I’ve opened a PR to quiet these warnings here - they are generated by tensorflow’s dependency on pillow/keras-preprocessing
